We get asked all the time, is my case going to settle, or is it going to go to trial? And the answer to that question is the best way to answer that question is to prepare every case as if it’s going to go to trial. The truth of the matter is the vast majority of cases do in fact settle before getting to trial. But the problem is we don’t know which ones are going to be. So if you start preparing a case to quote settle, you’re not going to be prepared. So we prepare every case as if it’s going to go to trial. And if it settles for an amount that the client is happy with along the way, that’s great. But we’re always prepared and ready to go.
