You’ve just been involved in a car wreck. You’ve done your research, and you’ve picked a law firm that you want to call to see if they can represent you for your case. And when you call, you’re not immediately put through to a lawyer to get your information and to talk to you about what happened. This is a red flag. Any law firm that you call, you should immediately be talking with a lawyer. If you call our law firm with a new case that has just happened, you will be there speaking with me, or my law partner, Robert. If this law firm is not able to put you in touch with a lawyer, or the lawyer doesn’t have time to talk to you at the outset, that lawyer’s not gonna have time for you once the case gets more mature. So one of the first big red flags that you will see of a law firm that you do not want to hire is not being able to talk to the lawyer at the outset.
