Free Consultation Explained: What Happens During Your First Meeting

We have all seen the phrase free consultation. Whether it be on a television commercial, a billboard, or a website, we’ve all seen it. But what does free consultation even mean? Well, what it means to us at Tidwell Strimband is a time for us to learn about what happened to you and what your injuries are. And it’s a no-obligation time for us to sit down and talk. And I like to talk in person. But most of all, what I like to do is make sure that you are comfortable. So maybe that’s not in person. Maybe that’s over the telephone. Maybe that’s over a Zoom call. We have some clients that are unable to actually get to our office. In situations like that, in order to make them feel comfortable, we will actually go to them, whether that be while they’re still at the hospital or if they’re at home recovering. We want to make sure you feel comfortable, and we can get all the information that we need
or to prosecute your case, and make sure that you are treated fairly.
