Victory for Pedestrian Injured by Negligent School Bus Driver
We represented a woman who was struck by a Gordon County School Bus. She suffered some scarring and disfigurement of her leg. The County claimed that our client was at fault for walking in front of the school bus.
Our investigation into the matter revealed that the school bus driver failed to follow the County’s own procedures with respect to loading and unloading students. Upon proving these facts to the County’s attorneys, the case settled for $100,000.00.
