Red Light Collision: Full Policy Limits Achieved Despite Liability Dispute
Our client was the passenger in a motor vehicle that was struck on the passenger side by a car that ran a red a light. This was a hotly disputed case where the insurance company for the at-fault driver vehemently denied that their driver ran the red light.
