Violent Attack at Worksite Leads to Settlement for Electrician
We represented a client who worked as an electrician at a jobsite.
The owner of the building did not provide adequate security even though the building owner was fully aware of the amount of violent crime that occurred in the area on a regular basis. Our client was robbed, struck with a pistol and suffered post-traumatic stress.
Following extended litigation, the case settled at mediation for $225,000.00.
