Not all personal injury cases are the same. The best example of this is medical malpractice versus a typical car wreck case. In a typical car wreck case, we all know who’s at fault for the wreck. It’s not so clear in a medical malpractice case. In order to have a medical malpractice case, another doctor as to be willing to say under oath that the at-fault doctor made a mistake. If you don’t have another doctor willing to make an under oath statement saying that that doctor made a mistake, you don’t have a medical malpractice case.
